At the beginning of this quarantine I tried to do a lot of activities like writing, reading, learning how to cook vegan food and more. But definitely the hobby that most impact has had on my daily life, at that time and nowadays is: learning Portuguese.

I've always been interested in learning new languages, since I was 12 years old, or even younger, I've been trying to learn how to be able to communicate in English. When I was 16, I tried to learn German, but in the process I realized that it was way too hard, even harder than English, so I decided to quit at that time but with the condition that in the future I would try it again. This year, in January, I was planing a trip to Brazil with my friends, we wanted to go to Rio de Janeiro and then travel to all the iconic places there. At that moment I realized that I needed to learn at least the basic words in Portuguese with the purpose of having the least communicational problems there.

I took a course of Portuguese in the University, and I realized that it's way too similar to Spanish, so the learning process wasn't that difficult. The only problem I had was that my teacher was from Portugal, and I wanted to learn the Brazilian accent. At the beginning I didn't think that there were much differences between both countries languages, but now I know, that it's like two totally different worlds. I'm still trying to practice it daily, my boyfriend is helping me with the pronunciation but I'm doing great. 

Hopefully this learning helps me when I travel to other countries and when learning other languages.

Best three days of my life

 Lollapalooza 2019 I'm going to tell you about the best concert I've ever attended. It was a three-day experience back in 2019: Lollapalooza at Parque O'Higgins in Santiago, Chile. I've always loved going to concerts so when I was presented the chance to attend an event with several concerts given by different artists I love, of course it was a big fat yes from me! Among all the artists performing at that time, two of them really called my attention: Kendrick Lamar and  Rosal í a. The first one performed the opening night of the festival. His performance was totally incredible due to his rapping abilities and the fact that he constantly referenced the Pulitzer award he had won in 2017 thanks to his last album called "DAMN". Luke

 Luke Luke is my dog. He has been my pet since 2015. He was born in our house because his mother is our other pet, Alba (like Princesa Alba but chubby). Physically, he is almost completely black, but his face is kind of light brown, and the tip of his tail is white. He is medium height. On the other hand, he is very aggressive with people and dogs he doesn't know, but he's the cutest dog with the people he knows.  He's been unsconsciously supporting me, when I have been down. When I'm in a bad mood he's the only one who understands me and when I'm feeling that way he's the only one I want to be cuddled by. He never judges me, and he's always happy to see me, even when I forget feeding him.   Here's a photo of him, days after he was born. Weeks later he got sick and he almost died, but he was able to recover because I took care of him when he was weak. Maybe that's way he's always protecting and covering me.
